What is our Refund policy?
We provide a 7 days Refund window on the Martech platforms(not on the design and digital marketing services), post which a refund is not eligible.Refund is initiated minus the respected country taxation charges.
How long does the Refund takes to reflect in my account?
Once the Refund is requested, we initiate the same immediately, it might take 2 to 3 working days to reflect in your account. The Refund is done on the same bank and account, that is used to subscribe our services
What are your criterias for the refund?
As mentioned earlier, Refund applies to Martech services. If due to any reason you are not satisfied with our Martech platforms then we will deactivate your account and also you will not be able to use any of our creative collaterals/serivces produced during the 7 days trial period.
What is the amount refunded?
The amount will be refunded minus the taxes or bank charges as applicable.
